1. Who we are
Triventure is an Australia-based digital publishing, AI workflow and intellectual asset development business. Privacy questions can be sent to service@triventure.com.au.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive:
- your name, email address, organisation and project details when you send us an enquiry;
- information you voluntarily include in an email, attachment or project brief;
- basic website usage information supplied through privacy-focused analytics, such as page viewed, general location, referrer, browser, operating system and device type;
- business correspondence and records created when we discuss or provide services.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed to receive it.
3. Local browser tools
The Digital Asset Starter Canvas and homepage image preview editor use browser storage. Information entered or images selected in these tools stay in the current browser unless you choose to download, copy, email or separately upload them. Triventure does not receive that local data merely because you use the tool.
You can clear local data through the tool controls or your browser settings.
4. Project enquiries and email
The project enquiry page does not submit the form to a website database. It prepares a structured email or allows you to copy the brief. Information becomes available to us only when you send it through your email provider or another communication channel.
5. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall website use and improve content and navigation. Vercel states that its Web Analytics service uses anonymous, aggregated data and does not use third-party cookies. Analytics may include page paths, referrers, broad geolocation, browser, operating system and device type.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or project form content to analytics.
6. How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects;
- provide agreed services and maintain business records;
- operate, secure and improve the website and tools;
- meet legal, accounting, insurance or dispute-resolution obligations;
- send updates only where you have requested them or where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Third-party services and overseas processing
This website is hosted by Vercel and may link to independent services, including the AI Gateway, email providers, YouTube, Vimeo and other platforms. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process information outside Australia.
The AI Gateway at triv.lk888.ai is independently operated. Information entered on that platform is governed by the platform provider’s privacy policy and terms, not this policy.
8. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the information to protect business records and communications from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations.
9. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
